Stained glass windows perform a dividing and protective function, but do not interfere with the perception of the first floor as a single space. Sliding doors in the open state turn the living room, pool terrace and patio into one.

With the help of the "infinity pool" technology, the merging of the water surface of the pool and the sea is achieved.

The expanse of the sea, the surrounding forest and the view of the surrounding area can inspire a writer, artist, composer or engineer for inspiration in his intense or meditative work.

The exterior decoration of the second floor of the villa is dominated by white plastered surfaces, which adds lightness and a sense of flight of sculptural form. The facing of the facade of the first floor, in turn, is made of wooden panels, dark stone, which visually separate the white volume of the second floor and the surface of the ground.

When moving deeper into the site, you can find a circular turning platform with a fountain in the middle, an entrance to the garage and an inviting entrance with marble steps flowing out of the wooden portal. Turning the high swing door, we get into a spacious hall.

In the center of the first floor you can see a wide panorama of the sea horizon and the common space of all rooms separated by glass partitions.

In the center of the white spiral staircase there is a green corner with a massive stone and tropical vegetation. The two-light staircase space is illuminated by a light lantern in the shape of an eye, as if looking at the sky.

The decoration of the hall of the second floor with an antique statue complements the general associative row of the building as an independent sculptural object. In this spacious room there is also a hidden bookcase and an elongated sofa that is conducive to reading.

Master bedroom block includes a beauty room, a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom with a built-in Jacuzzi and a separate exit to the terrace and the bedroom itself.

An elongated corridor from the hall connects to three more bedrooms and an office. Each of them is equipped with a wardrobe and a bathroom.
